Is there a maximum number of COL accounts a UGME office can have?

There is no policy preventing the amount of CaRMS Online accounts a UGME office can have. 

As a general rule, we try to keep them to a minimum when it's a U.S or International school because our interaction with them is so infrequent.   

In the event that a U.S or International school reaches out to us regarding creating more accounts and they already have 3 or more, we typically share with them who already has access and inquire if there is anyone no longer at the faculty that could potentially be replaced but there is no strict limit.
