The text within an approved program description appears smaller/different than the rest of the description. What might be the cause?

If the text appears different than more than likely a heading may have been selected in error.  

With PGME permission, you can attempt to fix this for them or you can also suggest they paste the text into a word document and re-paste it in the section that the issue is occurring which should solve the problem.   

 They just need to ensure they do not select anything under the Formats tab.
