If a CMG wants to update the first name in their COL account (legal name change) can they do this in the User Information tab or does it need to go through Ops?

The applicant can do this in the User Information tab, but they need to be aware if their transcript and documents don't match their new name, they should upload a name change document and use that to assign to all the programs they are applying to.
