If an applicant wants to withdraw an individual program application during file review, are they able to? Or can they only withdraw from the Match?

During file review, an applicant is unable to withdraw an individual program application and they would only be able to withdraw from the match which would remove their application from all programs.

Applicants can withdraw individual program applications up until file review opens. If they decide to do so before file review opens, they will receive a program credit to apply to another program within the same iteration.

Applicants can withdraw from the match until rank order list deadline. But as indicated above, withdrawing from the match removes an applicant's application from all programs. In other words, they would no longer be participating in the match.
