Do programs receive a notification when one of their applicants assigns a document late?

No email notification is sent alerting programs that a document has been assigned late.

Programs can use the "Application Updates" report to see new applicants, new documents and some instances of updated data (e.g., medical education updates by Ops).

They can also use their filters to check for application data and documents submitted after file review.

But nothing is sent to programs directly and they would only learn of an update by checking for them.
