What to do when we receive a Certificate of Conduct from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba

If we are emailed a Certificate of Professional Conduct from The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba: 

  1. Confirm receipt of the document in your email response.
  2. Email the applicant using the below text as a template:

Hello,

We are writing to advise that CaRMS received an email from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba enclosing a password encrypted copy of your Certificate of Professional Conduct. Please note that CaRMS does not process password encrypted documents and that this document can be uploaded by you directly into your CaRMS account.

Please obtain and upload your Certificate into your account. The copy of the Certificate you have access to is sufficient for the application to programs in the CaRMS match. If the copy you upload has a “copy” watermark on it, that is fine and will be accepted by programs.
