Can applicants have their documents and information returned to them?

While applicants are not able to have access to their letters of reference, or any document that they were unable to view in their CaRMS Online account, applicants are able to request documents and information that they were able to previously view within their CaRMS Online account.

If you receive an applicant requesting access to documents or information that they would have had access to if CaRMS Online was open, or if they were participating in a match, forward the request to Compliance. If it is an email, assign it. If it is a chat or phone call, ask the applicant to email compliance@carms.ca

There is a macro available for any applicant requesting access to their LORs or their Casper, it is titled CS Macro - LOR or Casper request. Use this for any emails that come in to the help desk where the applicant is asking for either their letters of reference or Casper score.
