A client is not happy with their match results; what are their options?
For applicants who are matched
CaRMS seeks to protect the integrity of the matching process by requiring all match participants to behave in a professional, ethical and responsible manner. Applicants and institutions participating in a match enter into a CaRMS contract. Match contracts are binding, breaches are subject to Violation Review: https://www.carms.ca/en/policies/violation-review/.
In summary, all match results are final. A breach of the match result by either party can result in a time-limited ban from using match services.
If you get a question about the accuracy of the results etc, explain the match process and how the algorithm works.

For applicants who go unmatched
They can participate in the second iteration of the match anytime after 12:00 (noon) ET on first iteration Match Day. All positions not filled in first iteration move to second iteration.
